Description
The 1SS404,H3F is a silicon epitaxial planar switching diode housed in a very small SOD-523 (also known as SC-79) package. Its core design goal is to achieve extremely high switching speed and very low reverse recovery time, making it ideally suited for high-frequency circuit applications.
